By signing below, You understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between You (“Client”) and Silicon Valley Technology Sales & Service.
1. The Agreement: By signing this Agreement you certify that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions that follow. By making a purchase of products and or services through our online website portals and or with any of our agents and partners directly or indirectly, over the phone and or online, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Payment: Upon signing this document you accept to provide a payment method to which a debit amount in US dollars will be charged depending on the products and or services you purchased. The amount paid through your payment method will show a charge from Silicon Valley Technology Sales & Service on your credit card/bank statement.
3. Product and Services: Upon confirmation of the receipt of the payment, the products and or services purchased will be provided usually within 1 to 24 hours. All software product licenses take up to 24 hours to be emailed, activated and or installed.
4. Refund: We provide a 30 days MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All unused software products returned within 30 days of the purchase in its original form are refundable. The refund will be issued after the verification of the product being returned is unused and in its original form confirmed by our software development team. All used software licenses are non-refundable

Indemnify: Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Silicon Valley Technology Sales & Service and its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders, affiliates, and suppliers from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or result from any unintentional error and or omission of Silicon Valley Technology Sales & Service and or customer or natural characteristics of the product and services in the case of such event. Customer acknowledges that he has clearly understood policy and procedures stated in this agreement.
1) INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE: Silicon Valley Technology Sales &Service the sole owner of the information collected through the web site/phone/e-mail. We will not sell or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy. Experts are not allowed to use the Remote Access software until and unless they have received adequate training in its use, and user have consented to grant control. In addition, Experts will not use Remote Access tools to obtain confidential or sensitive information stored on user computer or network, deliberately destroy information on user computer or network, or cause user to experience system problems.
